Nouril, Ksenia

Ksenia Nouril is a Doctoral Candidate in Art History at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. As Dodge Fellow (2011-2016, 2017-2018), she has helped organized numerous exhibitions of the Norton and Nancy Dodge Collection of Nonconformist Art from the Soviet Union at the Zimmerli Museum. During her studies, Ksenia also has worked at The Museum of Modern Art, New York, as a Research Assistant for the Thomas Walther Collection (2014) and as the Contemporary and Modern Art Perspectives (C-MAP) Fellow for Central and Eastern Europe in the International Program (2015-2017). Her dissertation examines the work of contemporary Eastern European artists who actively question and engage with history and historical representations of socialism since 1989.
