An art historian, curator, and writer who specializes in global modern and contemporary art, Ksenia has previously served as the Jensen Bryan Curator at The Print Center in Philadelphia, a Curatorial Consultant for the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, and the Contemporary and Modern Art Perspectives Fellow for Eastern European Art at at The Museum of Modern Art. She has organized exhibitions at the Bruce Museum, Lower East Side Printshop, MoMA, and Zimmerli Art Museum. Ksenia lectures widely and frequently writes for international exhibition catalogues, magazines, and academic journals, and she is the author of three books: Carmen Winant: A Brand New End, Ilya Kabakov and Viktor PivovarovStories About Ourselves, and Art and Theory of Post-1989 Central and Eastern Europe: A Critical Anthology.
