For Brief Description of Summer 2012 Programs

The Department of Art History offers Summer Study Abroad programs in Rome (Italy), Paris (France) and Utrecht (The Netherlands).

Art History courses are also offered in summer programs in Urbino, Italy through the Department of Italian and in Berlin, Germany through the Department of Germanic Language and Literature.

Semester and year long programs offering Art History courses can be accessed through Rutgers Study Abroad.

Students wishing to transfer credits from Study Abroad programs inside or outside the university should have the courses approved by the Undergraduate Director in advance.

One approved study abroad course may be used to fill the "Study Abroad" are requirment. Additional approved study abroad courses may be used to fill other area requirements, as appropriate. Only courses completed with a grade of C or better qualify for the major.
